Defendant Joseph Ray Jordan ("Jordan") was indicted on February 14, 2008, and is charged in a twelve-count superseding indictment ("Indictment") filed on August 26, 2008. Trial on five of the counts, the counts related to witness tampering and transmitting threatening communications, began on October 6, 2008.1 The jury reached its verdict on October 16, finding Jordan guilty...
