In March 2007, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (the Director) filed a petition for disciplinary action against respondent Nuro Bedhaso Dedefo. We appointed a referee to conduct a hearing and make findings of fact and recommendations for discipline, if necessary.
