¶ 1 In these consolidated cases, Leo Bunker and Donald Williams appeal their felony convictions for violating domestic violence no-contact orders. They do not deny that they violated the terms of their no-contact orders. Rather, they contend that violating the terms of a no-contact order, by itself, was not a crime in Washington at the time they were charged and convicted.
