Alejandro Martinez Anaya appeals the judgment of the district court which denied his peremptory exceptions of res judicata and no cause of action; his declinatory exceptions of improper venue, lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter of the action and lack of personal jurisdiction; and his motion for summary judgment based on the doctrine of res judicata.
