This matter is before the Court for consideration of the cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Renell Christine Gamble (the "DEBTOR"), and by the Defendant, Vanderbilt University (VANDERBILT), on the complaint filed by the DEBTOR, seeking a determination that her debt to VANDERBILT does not constitute a nondischargeable debt under Section 523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.
