VILLANTI, Judge.

In this appeal from his conviction for murder, Timothy L. Humphrey challenges, inter alia, the trial court's denial of his nondispositive motion to suppress evidence. We affirm on all grounds but write to address one of the issues raised by Humphrey because it appears to be an issue of first impression in Florida dealing with the applicability of the husband-wife privilege to cellular telephone calls.
