The Plaintiff, Bobbie McCray, appeals a workers' compensation judgment partially denying her claims against the Defendant, Intralox, Inc. We affirm in part and remand.

The Plaintiff worked as an inspector/packer with the Defendant. On August 5, 2004, she lifted a forty-pound box and injured her upper arm and shoulder. She was treated by several physicians, and ultimately underwent shoulder surgery on April 1, 2005. She returned to work...
