Defendant, Herbert Lee Prejean, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of aggravated rape of A.T.1 in violation of La.R.S. 14:42. At the conclusion of a three-day jury trial, a unanimous verdict was rendered finding Defendant guilty as charged.
