On November 14, 2006, a student at the St. Regis Falls Central School reported to a teacher that there was a bomb threat written on the wall of a stall in the girl's bathroom. Respondent was identified as the perpetrator by a student who was present in the bathroom when the writing was made and her handwriting was subsequently identified by one of her teachers as that being used to make the threat.
