Pursuant to a plea agreement, Defendant pled guilty to first offense possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and third offense possession of marijuana. His trial counsel filed a motion for appeal coupled with a request that the Louisiana Appellate Project be appointed to represent him, which motion and request were granted.
