Mollohan filed a detinue complaint against Dennis Posey, asserting that Mollohan was the owner of two Tennessee walking horses—a two-year-old stallion named "Under Score" and a four-year-old mare named "Bootylicious"; that the horses were in the possession of Posey, a farrier and trainer; and that Posey had refused to return the horses to him. Mollohan sought an order for pretrial seizure of the horses, pursuant to Rule 64, Ala. R....
