Inverpan, S.A., Anna Hochman Britten and Haim Hochman [collectively "plaintiffs"] sought account statements and related documents pertaining to Ms. Britten and Inverpan's accounts at American Express. When they were unable to obtain those documents from American Express, they filed an action...
