¶ 1 Charlene Cortese appeals from an order and judgment entered in the Second Judicial District, Silver Bow County, terminating the maintenance obligation of her exhusband, Florian Cortese.

¶ 2 The sole issue in this appeal is whether the District Court erred in finding as a matter of law that Florian's monthly maintenance obligation to Charlene ended when she remarried.
