The plaintiff, Wheeler-Dealer, Ltd., filed a two-count amended complaint in the instant action seeking, in count I, reformation of a deed conveying all of lot 4 of Massey's Addition to Fairmont, a subdivision in Blue Island, Illinois (Lot 4). Count II, pled in the alternative to count I, sought rescission of the same deed. Following a bench trial, the circuit court entered judgment in favor of the defendant...
