¶ 1 Lecia Swallow fka Lecia Kennard (Wife) appeals the trial court's denial of her Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment in favor of Randy Kennard (Husband). Wife argues that the trial court erred by not finding that her attorney's alleged mail delivery problems constitutes excusable neglect under rule 60(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
