Dominic Culpepper appeals the circuit court's order denying his motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. He claims that his sentence of life without possibility of parole for the offense of first-degree murder is cruel and unusual punishment because he committed the offense when he was fourteen years old.
