In this appeal, we consider whether the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline properly issued a decision to publicly censure Las Vegas Municipal Judge George Assad based on its finding that Judge Assad had violated Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 2A, as he failed to comply with the law and did not promote public confidence in the judiciary's integrity.
