Dr. Horst Blume and his professional corporation sued Marian Health Center after' it permanently revoked his staff privileges. Dr. Blume's complaint raised a number of theories for relief, but the only one that survives is his claim that the hospital breached its contract with him when it terminated his privileges without giving him a hearing.
