Donald Barnes ("Donald") and Barbara Barnes ("Barbara") (collectively "Barneses") appeal the Vanderburgh Circuit Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of State Farm Insurance Company ("State Farm") on their complaint arising out of an automobile accident.
