In this appeal, we consider whether the trial court erred in using discovery deposition testimony from the plaintiff's expert witness to sustain a motion in limine excluding the witness's testimony and subsequently granting summary judgment for the defendant based on the plaintiff's lack of an expert witness. Further, we consider whether the trial court erred in holding that the plaintiff's witness was not qualified to testify...
