This appeal is before the court a second time, after our previous decision, 437 F.3d 588 (7th Cir.2006), reversing the dismissal of the suit by the district court on the defendants' motion to dismiss, was itself reversed by the Supreme Court. ___ U.S. ___, 127 S.Ct. 2499, 168 L.Ed.2d 179 (2007). The Court remanded the case to us with directions to consider whether the plaintiffs' allegations of securities fraud...
