The Court of Appeals has remanded this action for a determination as to whether the substance of the lies of Patricia Lopez ("Lopez") in her initial proffer session was material to the defense of defendant Ramiro Rodriguez ("Rodriguez" or the "Defendant") and, if so, whether the Government's failure to disclose that substance prejudiced Rodriguez and thereby constituted a violation of the Government's obligations...
