This is defendant-appellant's, Wendell Fisher's, direct appeal from final judgments that were entered by the Superior Court. Fisher was convicted, following a jury trial in the Superior Court, of Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping a Controlled Substance and Possession of Cocaine, the lesser-included offense of the charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine.
