DREW, J.

Timothy Stoutes, Jr., entered a plea of guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reserving a Crosby1 appeal relative to the trial court's adverse ruling on his motion to suppress physical evidence seized during a traffic stop.

His five-year hard labor sentence was suspended. He appeals. We affirm.
