Flowers, individually and doing business as Roshell's Café and Deli (collectively "Flowers"), petitions this Court for the writ of mandamus directing the Mobile Circuit Court to vacate its order compelling Flowers to produce certain statements taken by Flowers's insurance carrier, which Flowers asserts are protected by the work-product privilege. We grant the petition and issue the writ.
