This is an appeal from a bankruptcy proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1). The case concerns the final order of a bankruptcy judge retroactively annulling the co-debtor stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 1301. The final order was entered on March 16, 2007.
