JUDGMENT

DAVID R. DUNCAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Pursuant to Fed. R. Bank. P. 9021, the Court enters judgment on the chapter 7 trustee's motion for turnover of the debtor's 2006 tax refund and the debtor's motion to convert.

The tax refund is held in the trust or escrow account of counsel for the debtor. Debtor and counsel shall immediately turnover said funds to the trustee. Debtor's motion to convert to chapter 13 is denied.
