Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University ("Virginia Tech") appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County ("circuit court"), which reversed the decision of an administrative hearing officer who upheld Virginia Tech's termination of an employee for sexual harassment. Virginia Tech asks us to reverse the judgment of the circuit court and reinstate the hearing officer's decision...
