[¶ 1] John Daniel Lawrence appeals a district court order which denied Lawrence's contempt motion; determined that Tina Delkamp, the mother of his child, is entitled to the tax exemption for their child; and determined Lawrence is no longer responsible for fifty percent of the uncovered medical expenses of their child. Lawrence argues the district court abused its discretion by not allowing him to call Delkamp as a witness to testify telephonically...
