This action arose out of plaintiff's purchase of an aircraft from defendant on Ebay. The Trial Court ruled that defendant denied plaintiff his right to inspect the goods pursuant to Tenn.Code Ann. § 47-2-513, and plaintiff was not required to purchase the aircraft.
