SALCINES, Judge.

Shane Jennings was found by a jury to be guilty of felony battery and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment as a prison releasee reoffender. In the appeal of his conviction, Jennings claims the trial court erred when it denied his motion for new counsel. We find no merit in Jennings' argument and affirm his conviction without further comment.1 However, we agree with Jennings' assertion that he was improperly sentenced...
