Susan Eichstadt has fibromyalgia, a chronic condition that causes pain all over one's body, as well as fatigue and tenderness. Fibromyalgia is difficult to diagnose, for the symptoms vary depending on both the person and the time and circumstances of any given day. Eichstadt's disorder was diagnosed in 1999.
