Warner-Lambert Company ("Warner-Lambert") appeals from the District Court's entry of final judgment limiting the liability of Federal Express Corporation ("FedEx"), LEP Profit International Inc. ("LEP Profit"), and LEP International (Japan), Ltd. ("LEP Japan") to $9.07 per pound, pursuant to Article 22(2) of the Warsaw Convention, for pharmaceutical cargo destroyed when a FedEx plane crashed on July 31, 1997,...
