¶ 1. Olan Callins appealed the Alcorn County Circuit Court's judgment denying relief under the Mississippi Uniform Post-Conviction Collateral Relief Act. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court judgment and remanded this case to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing on the issue of whether Callins detrimentally relied on the plea agreement, thus invalidating the penitentiary sentence imposed upon him.
