Corn Plus Cooperative ("Corn Plus") brought this declaratory judgment claim against Continental Casualty Company ("Continental") and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company ("Lumbermens") to enforce a settlement it had reached with its mechanical contractor who was insured by appellees.
