WILLIAMS, J.

The plaintiffs, Wyatt White, Sr., Moses White, Sr. and Mary Henry, appeal a judgment in favor of the defendant, St. Elizabeth Baptist Church Board of Directors. The district court sustained the defendant's exception of prematurity, dismissing the plaintiffs' claims. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part and render.
