PER CURIAM.

Douglas Brizendine appeals the summary denial of his rule 3.850 motion for postconviction relief. We affirm as to all grounds except ground "D." As to this claim of error, we reverse for the reasons expressed below and remand for either an evidentiary hearing or the attachment of records that conclusively refute the allegation of ineffective assistance of counsel.
