After a jury trial, Julio Garcia-Hernandez was convicted of conspiring to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A) and 846, and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
