MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT E. NUGENT, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Linda S. Parks, trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Steven and Brenda Fox, seeks to recover as a preferential transfer $3,400 paid by Capital One to defendant Boeing Wichita Credit Union by use of a "balance transfer." The trustee and the creditor agreed to submit this matter to the Court on stipulated facts and briefs.1
