BROWN, Chief Judge.

Defendant, Joseph Walter Smith, was convicted of possession of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, and sentenced to four years at hard labor. Defendant appeals, urging one assignment of error. For the reasons set forth above, we affirm defendant's conviction and sentence.
