Stephen Anayo Onwumere was convicted of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and of possession of counterfeit securities, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(a), and was sentenced to 24 months of imprisonment. Onwumere appeals his conviction, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence against him. He also argues that the district court incorrectly calculated his offense level during sentencing.
