Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Rec. Doc. 100) and a Motion to Exclude Dr. Perri Prellop (Rec. Doc. 102) filed by defendant Seacor Marine LLC ("Seacor"). Plaintiff, Larry Seaman, opposes the motions. The motions, set for hearing on May 28, 2008, are before the Court on the briefs without oral argument.
