After being convicted at a bench trial of one count of possession of cocaine in violation of K.S.A.2004 Supp. 65-4160(a), Vanessa Gross appeals from the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, Gross argues that the trial court erred in finding that there was reasonable suspicion to support her detention. We agree.
