Sandra Dowles sued the defendant, ConAgra Poultry Company (now Pilgrim's Pride Corporation but hereinafter "ConAgra"), for wrongful discharge, alleging that she was terminated from her job for exercising her rights under the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
