STATEMENT OF CASE

On September 7, 2006, the State charged Keith Brewer with one count of aggravated burglary. He pled not guilty. On January 24, 2007, a twelve-person jury found Brewer guilty as charged. The court denied his motion for new trial on March 8, 2007. On April 13, 2007, the State filed a multiple bill alleging that Brewer was a fourth offender. After a hearing on June 8, 2007, the court found Brewer guilty...
