This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Enforce the Consent. Order and for Contempt Sanctions, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, and Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Motion. For the following reasons, the Court will grant Plaintiffs Motion to Enforce and for Contempt Sanctions, deny Defendants' Motion, and deny Plaintiffs Motion to Strike.
