This is a medical malpractice case. Pedro P. Hani, M.D. ("Dr. Hani") appeals from a jury's award of damages to Isabella Jimenez ("Mrs. Jimenez") arising from the death of her forty-five-year-old husband, Refugio. Dr. Hani raises three issues.
