Plaintiffs sued Oaktree Capital Management, LLC ("Oaktree") in state court, seeking damages and declaratory relief in relation to plaintiffs' purchase of membership rights in a golf club. Oaktree removed the action to federal court. After the district court allowed plaintiffs to amend their complaint to include non-diverse defendants that destroyed diversity jurisdiction, the district court remanded the case to state court...
