Plaintiffs Atlas Copco. AB and Atlas Copco North America LLC (collectively "Plaintiffs") have moved this Court for summary judgment in their favor pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 and Local Civil Rule 56. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
