OPINION BY KLEIN, J.:
¶ 1 Glenn Stewart Stitt, Jr. appeals from the judgment of sentence entered against him in the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County following his conviction of failing to register as sexual offender pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. § 9795.2(a)(2)(i).
